webQ CMS and Additional Modules
Below are the modules that are currently available for the webQ CMS. The prices are for individual module purchases. We can tailor a package to fit within your budget depending on the amount of modules you require.

Standard webQ CMS
The standard product includes everything you need to manage your website.

Key Features:
Available in PHP or .NET platforms.
Create / Edit / Delete Pages.
Website menu updates according to the pages that are published.
Image Manager that allows you to organise and save the images used within your website.
PDF Manager that allows you to organise and save PDF documents used within your website.

- An annual licence fee of $500 +GST applies.
- Minimum 2 year commitment.
- For a limited time the first years licence fee has been waived, saving you $550!
MODULE: Awards Manager
The Awards Manager is suited to organizations who have Excellence Awards.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Years.
Add / Edit / Delete Awards.
Add / Edit / Delete Photos.

MODULE: Banner Manager
Using the Banner Manager organisations can maintain control over the adverts and banners used on the homepage of the website.

Key Features:
Add / Edit / Delete Banners or Adverts.
Specify the order that the banners should appear in.
Specify a timeframe for the banner to display.
Create / Edit / Delete internal and external links for each banner.

MODULE: Directory Manager
The Directory Manager makes creating and maintaining a business or any other type of directory a breeze.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Categories.
Add / Edit / Delete listings within each category.
Add / Edit / Delete an image or logo for each listing.
Create / Edit / Delete links for each image or logo.

MODULE: Document Manager
The Document Manager allows organisations to manage documents on their website. This module is particularly useful to organisations who maintain a large database of documents that are available for download to their clients or members.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Years.
Create / Edit / Delete Categories and specify if the document is available for members only or public download.
Sort documents within each category by year, oldest first or newest first.
Add / Edit / Delete Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF Documents within each category.

MODULE: Event Manager
The Event Manager is useful for organisations who hold regular events. Staff are able to maintain complete control on the events that are taking place in a simple and time efficient manner.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Events.
Calendar of Events automatically updates and displays the title of the event within the relevant day / month / year of the calendar.
A link is automatically generated to a details page that allows users to view further information on the event as well as print it for their records.

MODULE: Feedback Manager
The Feedback Manager is suited to sporting organisations who wish to provide feedback to their players using a time efficient online tool.

Key Features:
Coach is able to provide feedback to any or all players.
Players receive an email notification that the coaach has sent them some feedback.
Players are able to login to the website to read / delete any feedback received from the coach.

MODULE: Gallery Manager
Using the Gallery Manager, creating and maintaining an online gallery is made simple.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Galleries.
Add / Edit / Delete Photos within each gallery.
Photos are automatically resized and generated as thumbnails on the website.

MODULE: Links Manager
Maintaining a page of links is a breeze with the Links Manager.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Links to internal / external pages or websites.
Links are sorted in alpha order.

MODULE: Member Manager
The Member Manager allows organisations to efficiently manage the members of their website. It gives staff full control over who has and who hasn't got member access.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Members.
Assign Usernames / Passwords to each member.
Members who forget their password are able to automatically retrieve it through the website.

MODULE: News Manager
Using the News Manager organisations can manage the News on their website with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete News.
News is automatically grouped and sorted by month / year.
The main news page displays the News title. A link is automatically generated to a details page that allows users to view further information on the news item as well as print it for their records.

MODULE: Player Manager
The Player Manager is suited to sporting organisations who wish to showcase the players they have on their team.

Key Features:
Add / Edit / Delete Players to a gallery style page.
Sort Player thumbnails within the page.

MODULE: Premiership Table Manager
The Premiership Table Manager is suited to sporting organisations who would like to have the leaders board displayed on their website.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Teams.
Specify the team orders based on points.

MODULE: Product Manager
The Product Manager allows you to display any products you have for sale. Essentially it works like a shopping cart, but it doesn't allow users to purchase items directly online.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Categories.
Add / Edit / Delete Products (including photos) within each category.
Sort the products within each category.

MODULE: Publications Manager
This module is well suited to organisations who have various publications available for either download or purchase.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Categories.
Add / Edit / Delete Documents within each category.
Ability to specify if the document is available for download, available to preview, available to order, available in print or on disc.

MODULE: Round Manager
The Round Manager is suited to sporting organisations who would like to have the each round of their competition displayed on their website.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Rounds.
Add / Edit / Delete Results for each round.
Add / Edit / Delete a description for each result.

MODULE: Sponsor Manager
Many non-profit organisations rely on their sponsors for financial support. Using this module these organisations can give their sponsors the credit they deserve in section dedicated to them.

Key Features:
Create / Edit / Delete Sponsors.
Add / Edit / Delete an image or logo for each sponsor.
Create / Edit / Delete links for each image or logo.

MODULE: Version Control
The Version Control module keeps a history of all changes to any page, so you can always roll back to a previous version if there is a problem.
